1.  Miranda will facilitate the promotion of the week @ a meeting on Tuesday, August19,at the Wing.  Mrs. Clay will be in meetings.  Bring snacks and receipt

b. Chapel Talks
- Short, engaging, informative, inspiring.  The team needs to have clear goals! 
Tuesday, September 9th 2 minutes...The Week is coming!!!!!  Mrs. Clay has to clear with Father Blizzard
Thursday September 11: 8 minute chapel talk by the whole team

a.T-shirt/tank top: Simple, fun, exciting.. Will connect to Gracie's ideas  UPDATE:  Gracie and Sireene will send an original design for consideration of the team.  Cathy made a design.  Super Cao should be contacted  as possible donor of t-shirts for PD.  T-Dye shirt idea being explored
b. Posters with the whole team.  Posters made by the whole team.  They should explain options and opportunities 
c. Tuesday 9/16: Painted Peace Art: Claire will contact art teachers at all divisions 
c. Pinwheels for Peace during advisory.  $1 per Pinwheel for Peppers Ranch-up to $15,000 for construction of a home for foster children:  Claire will contact coach T

3. Cathy will explore facilitating
a. Environmental Club clean-up on Saturday 9/13
b. Posters with the whole team.  Posters made by the whole team.  They should explain options and opportunities 
c. 3V3 Soccer Tournament for Peace, One GOL Peace at Casady or in OKC Community
c. Explore how STUCO wishes to connect to Peace Week

4. Ananya will explore
a. 9/13 street clean-up at Peppers' Ranch
b. Wednesday 9/17 Girl Up- Girl Rising connections to UN OKC Association

5. Carmen will explore
a. Peace One Day skype on 9/14 @ 1:00
b. Screening of Peace One Day after Skype Session followed with Recipeace Meal in collaboration with Michelle's team.  Serve Peace at your table.  Olive symbol of peace
