Ananya welcomed Michelle who explained her connection to the UN OKC Association http://www.una-okc.org/. Michelle came to observe the meeting and to consider possible connections

http://www.nylc.org/national-service-learning-conference. Priority to sustainable s-l projects for workshops. Peace Team will have priority if wanting to attend. We might consider showcasing again, but we might not be select if same topic. They helped us raise awareness last year.

9/13 Environment: Street Clean Up, Seedlings to plant, 3v3 soccer tournament
9/14 Economic Justice: 1:00 PM skype with Peace One Day, possible screening and recipeace meal
9/16 Children and Youth: Kids Art
9/17 Women: ICS or YWCA goodies collaboration with StuCo-YAC-Gales, Girl Up, Girl Rising
9/18 Human Rights: Planting of Pinwheels-holding hands picture. Pinwheels in UD made during advisory. Each advisory provides their own materials and makes the pinwheels with donated materials from their advisory. Coach T. and Dr, Powell need to hear proposal from Claire. Johnny made pinwheels at Single Parent Fun Day with Turner. Update: Johnny and Claire taught how to make pinwheels @ Youth LEAD OKC kick off party at OK Kids Korral. Pepper's Ranch donor will pay $1 per pinwheel made to Pepper's Ranch. Up to $15,000 for the construction of a new home for foster children @ Pepper's Ranch https://www.peppersranch.com/
